We treat all patient health information, uploaded imaging files (MRI, CT, X-ray), and clinical communications with the highest level of confidentiality in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and Telemedicine Practice Guidelines of India.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only necessary patient information: name, phone number, email address, clinical history, and imaging records required for clinical evaluation.

3. Data Storage & Security

All medical records are stored in secure, encrypted cloud storage located within Indian data centres. We do not sell or monetize patient data.
